Samuel Guillory

Since joining HRI in January 2022 as an intern, Samuel Guillory held an analyst role in Capital Markets before joining Richelle Allen in Corporate Finance & Asset Management in May 2023. Samuel performs asset management duties for a portfolio of over 20 high-quality hospitality, mixed-use, and multifamily projects nationwide. Samuel’s chief responsibilities include underwriting analysis, debt forecasting, due diligence, and compliance reporting at both the property and corporate level. He also aids in facilitating capital events and  relationships with mortgage lenders, JV partners, and tax-credit investors.

Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Samuel returned home after earning his B.S.B.A. in Economics from the University of Miami in South Florida. Motivated by an uncompromising work ethic, Samuel’s professional mindset is focused on efficiency, collaboration, and most of all, quality of work.
