The 1964 LTV Building in downtown Dallas, an iconic mid-century style office building, was one of city’s tallest skyscrapers at 32 stories and was built as the home of Ling-Temco-Vought and the National Bank of Commerce.
Thanks to HRI Properties, today the once vacant LTV Building has returned, breathing life into the downtown scene, as a mixed-use development with 186 luxury LTV Tower Apartments and a 171-room Hilton Garden Inn.
HRI’s vision for restoring the forgotten office building was supported by the Texas Historical Commission and the National Park Service. And now an entire new generation of Texans are reinvigorating the area, turning it into a shining example of how to live, work and play.
