The Bottle Art Lofts redevelopment project will transform a historic Coca Cola Bottling plant and adjacent warehouse building into a residential community with a leasing preference for artists.
Phase I
- Amenities include: a computer center, fitness studio, shared art studio, art gallery, picnic area, community garden space and gated parking.
- Financial partners include: Iberia Civic Impact Partners, JPMorgan Chase, Louisiana Housing Corporation, Louisiana Office of Community Development, and the City of Lafayette.
Phase II
- A newly-constructed apartment building housing 65 units to be located along University Avenue adjacent to Bottle Art Lofts Phase I
- Amenities will include a fitness center, community center and park space, and innovate resilient design features.
