The Lee Hardware & United Jewelers buildings have been landmark historic buildings in downtown Shreveport for nearly a century.
The buildings were initially converted into multifamily housing back in 1998. Through this renovation the buildings will be updated and modernized so that they will continue to provide a high-quality apartment community for downtown Shreveport residents.
- Amenities include: a fitness studio, lounge area, pool, pool house, and covered and gated parking.
- Financial partners include: U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation, U.S. Bank, N.A., Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC, Louisiana Housing Corporation, Louisiana Office of Community Development, and the City of Shreveport.
