NEW ORLEANS, LA (October 18, 2018)—HRI Hospitality announced today that Matt Rinehart has joined the company as vice president of food & beverage. In his role, Rinehart will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the food & beverage department to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction.
A seasoned and proven leader, Rinehart brings more than 25 years of quality focused hospitality management experience. In Rinehart’s most recent position as resort manager of the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, a 500 room AAA 4 Diamond Resort, he was responsible for resort’s daily operations including Kai, Arizona’s only Forbes 5 Star, AAA 5 Diamond restaurant and the highly acclaimed Forbes 4 Star Aji Spa in addition to the resorts 100,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space with revenues of nearly $50 million
His professional achievements include serving as the director of food & beverage for several high-end resorts including the Phoenician Resort & Spa, the Arizona Biltmore Resort, the Boulders Resort and Spa and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort & Spa, all holding the prestigious AAA Five-Diamond Award.
Rinehart also brings vast expertise in management experience for two upscale national hotel chains as catering manager, restaurant manager, banquet manager, director of outlets and director of purchasing.
