Every recipe requires the perfect spice to bring it all together. A true New Orleanian, Alise brings over 15 years of diverse hospitality experience to HRI. As Executive Office Assistant, Alise is the liaison who skillfully manages a multitude of tasks while supporting top level HRI executives. Alise’s background enables her to excel in multitasking and the smooth handling of high-pressure situations.
Alise began her career as a Chef and apprenticed under some of the most distinguished, fine dining chefs across the metro New Orleans area. While in Culinary school, Alise was named “Apprentice of the Year” and was also awarded the title of “Mission Master” at her workplace. Alise worked as the Executive Pastry Chef for GW Fins for several years; one of the top-rated fine dining restaurants in the United States.
Alise decided to expand her hospitality knowledge and pursued an opportunity at the Loews Hotel. She began as the Executive Sales Assistant and would later take on the role of Loews Immediate Needs Coordinator. Alise focused on high-level professional development while delivering best in class service to guests. Prior to joining HRI in 2017, Alise worked as Catering Sales Manager at the Westin New Orleans Canal Place. Alise outperformed in her market due to her advanced menu development and efficient handling of guest inquiries.
Alise is an honored graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned a B.A. in Integrated Marketing & Advertising. She is also a Certified Culinarian, with an associate degree in Culinary Arts from Delgado Community College in New Orleans. Alise continues to bake and enjoys making sweet treats for everyone at HRI.
