Caroline Waters

Caroline Waters is focused on growth. As HRI Hospitality’s Director of Real Estate and Acquisitions, Caroline plays a key role in growing the HRI Hospitality portfolio via new acquisitions and developments. After spending five years at J.P. Morgan, where she advised the investment bank’s real estate and hospitality clients, Caroline joined HRI in 2021 with the goal to source and execute accretive hospitality investments in key markets across the country. Caroline received her M.B.A. with a concentration in real estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington and Lee University.
