Helene Dessagne
Director of Risk and Contract Management
Helene brings more than 15 years of in-house legal expertise in contracts and compliance to her role as Director of Risk & Contract Management at HRI Hospitality. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, she has worked across a broad range of industries in cross-border and multicultural environments.
Prior to joining HRI, Helene served as a Contracts Lawyer at Tulane University’s Office of Sponsored Projects and previously held senior leadership roles — including Senior Legal Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Solo General Counsel and Compliance Officer — with Magseis Fairfield and TGS in Houston, Texas.
Helene holds a Master’s degree in French Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge, Pembroke College, an LLM in International Comparative Law (Contract and Business Law) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Juris Doctor (CAPA). She is admitted as a Barrister to the Paris Bar.
