Leslie Morales

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Leslie Morales embodies leadership as the vice president of human resources and associate relations. In her current role, Leslie is responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide HRI with the best talent available and to position the company as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry.

Prior to joining the HRI team, Leslie was the vice president of human resources at Remington Hotels for 6 years. She also cultivated her human resources expertise while working for leading companies such as FedEx and TGI Fridays. Leslie holds a degree in communications from Upsala College.
