Rob Horton

Rob brings more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer at HRI Hospitality. He brings deep strategic and hands-on finance knowledge to HRI, leading financial planning and analysis, overseeing accounting across the portfolio, and strengthening reporting and technology to enhance forecasting and decision-making. Previously serving as Executive Vice President & CFO for a multi-unit hospitality portfolio, Rob centralized accounting functions, implemented predictive financial and labor models, and improved margins through disciplined cost and capital management. He holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BBA from Georgia State University.
