Rob Horton

Since joining HRI Hospitality in 2023, Rob has been instrumental in driving the portfolio’s bottom-line growth through financial strategy, optimized budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing data-driven insights. Rob brings a sharp focus on aligning people, technology, and financial stewardship to achieve measurable and sustainable growth. Before HRIH, Rob has held leadership and consulting roles in several industries across the United States and Canada, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for a group of fine dining restaurants. He holds an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University in Baltimore, MD.
