Tim Talley

As vice president of engineering, one could say Tim Talley knows the hospitality business inside and out. He’s a key part of the HRI Hospitality team, supervising property construction, renovations and engineering procedures for all HRI Hospitality assets. Equally important, he’s a master of more than brick and mortar. He also oversees the company’s engineering department and area engineers, engineer development plans, and even capital planning and budgets. As a veteran of 30+ years of facilities management, his impressive list of certifications show his expertise: American Hospital Association, American Welding Society, American Petroleum Institute, American Concrete Institute and Louisiana Department of Highways. Tim is a past president of the Louisiana chapter of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers. Today, he helps ensure HRI’s vision is always executed flawlessly.
