Tina Newberry

With over two decades of accounting experience in the hospitality industry, Tina Newberry has a keen eye for providing detailed and accurate financial reporting to leadership and investors. She is known by her colleagues as an influential agent for positive change who leads with confidence to raise accounting teams to impactful contributors. As Vice President of Finance, Tina leads the daily mission of evaluating accounting systems and processes to ensure HRI Hospitality is scalable for growth at every level.

Prior to joining HRI, Tina was Vice President of Centralized Accounting at Aimbridge Hospitality, where she was a catalyst for system automation to streamline monthly reporting. At Remington Hospitality, Tina’s career grew from Accounting Manager to Vice President of Accounting alongside Remington’s growth of tripling managed properties. Before joining the corporate side, she contributed at the property level as Controller for multiple brands.

Tina holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and completed post graduate work at Loyola University of New Orleans. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
